Since 2007, Pleatco and co-sponsors have been shining a spotlight on this segment of industry professionals who are more accustomed to working in the shadows. The contest is an innovative way to honor the hardworking men and women of the pool and spa Service Industry.

This year’s Perfect PoolGuy and Perfect PoolGal will each receive a deluxe trip to Dallas, 4 nights for 2 + airfares vacation package. The fully paid trip includes two nights for two people, and flights from anywhere in the USA, to attend the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo – featuring GENESIS /PHTA programs – in November 2021. Winners will be the Guests of Honor at the Awards Ceremony and special Alumni Presentation Dinner. This is the top prize for both PoolGuy & PoolGal winners.
