Jack’s Magic products offer remedies for multiple problems

When stains strike, Jack’s Magic of Largo, Fla., comes to the rescue with solutions to remove those ugly, unsightly stains from an otherwise beautiful pool. Our advanced line of sequestrants delivers proactive stain-fighting protection, tackling the toughest challenges head-on. With three powerful formulas, Jack’s Magic addresses the root cause of staining – preventing problems from coming back.

The Magenta Stuff – The most advanced start-up and stain prevention treatment available. The Magenta Stuff is strong and 1 quart treats 15,000 gallons providing fast-acting, long-lasting protection against stains and scale. Ideal for new plaster start-ups, The Magenta Stuff controls plaster dust, works with all sanitizer systems (including salt chlorine generators), and helps extend salt cell life – all without contributing phosphates.

The Blue Stuff – A proprietary formula that removes copper and other metals while staying stable in high-chlorine environments. Perfect for pools, fountains, and water features. Initial dosage: 1 quart per 10,000 gallons, then 6–8 oz. per 10,000 gallons weekly for maintenance.

The Purple Stuff – A must-have product specifically designed for salt (chlorine) generator pools. Unlike traditional sequestering agents, The Purple Stuff performs extremely well in high salt, high TDS pools. It keeps silica in solution and dramatically reduces cell fouling (scaling), helping maintain clear water and longer equipment life.
