Get instructions while in the field — CMP Tech Portal

Custom Molded Products, LLC, of Newnan, Ga., announces the launch of the CMP Tech Portal, the new mobile tool that provides pool industry professionals with quick access to the CMP library of product instructions while out in the field, The portal works like a native app on a smart phone, and since it is web-based, it also works on tablets, laptops and desktop computers with no need to download content.

Information is divided into four sections: New Installation, Repair or Replace, FAQ & Troubleshooting and Manuals / Instructions. Step-by-step guidance and helpful videos take users through the process one stage at a time.

All that is required is to follow along with each step. In just a few clicks, useful information is available to pool builders, equipment installers and service technicians, saving them time and money, with fewer hours spent on projects.

The Installation and Repair areas, for example, break down instructions into easy-to-follow processes with visual aids. At the end of a session, users can choose to go to the next chapter or return to the beginning.

More content will be added over time and training
