The magic is in the mix: Finest Finish Blends ™ and Universal Mini Pebble Interior Pool Finishes, from Universal White Cement, of Glendale, Ariz., allow pool owners to bring life to swimming pool projects.

Designed recipes are given to applicators with carefully crafted combinations of Universal White High-Performance Cement, aggregates, colored pigments, Jewels for Pools Glass Blends ™ and abalone.
