For all purpose epoxy, try ‘Boxer Under Water’

The Boxer Under Water Epoxy Kit, from Union Laboratories, Inc., of Flagstaff, Ariz., is an all-purpose epoxy that works underwater and can be used for many purposes, such as to repair cracks in concrete or to replace loose tile; it can even used as a grout.

Before application, surfaces should be cleaned with a clean cloth or an abrasive pad. Then measure equal parts of both resin and hardener, and mix thoroughly for two minutes. The epoxy has the consistency of peanut butter, but is white in color.

Boxer adhesives, formulated to precise standards, are available for a variety of needs. In addition to Under Water Epoxy, products are offered for repair of soft and rigid vinyl plastic, including repair adhesives and kits, patches and repair tape.
