CAN YOU TOP THIS?

Welcome to the latest edition of our popular “Can You Top This?” column, featuring the newest entry in the Service Industry News “Horror File. ”

This issue’s entry comes to us from Adam Haynes of Aloha Pool and Spa Service, in Lakeside, California.

“Good afternoon. I have a photograph of some pipe structures that I came across,” writes Adam.

“They asked me to find the leak. I had to scratch my head and figure out exactly where it was. I had to troubleshoot every ball valve, every divertor, every actuator and every valve.

“Still working on it lol. I wish I could tell them less is more…. Take a deep breath and start from the beginning. Eventually the problem will find a way to rise to the surface… ”

Nice Job, Adam! You have a great attitude and we are sure that helped you figure everything out without going out of your mind.

Other publications like to print lots of pretty pictures of beautiful pools, spas and well engineered installations.

At Service Industry News, we would rather go behind the scenes and take a closer look at the type of stuff our readers encounter everyday — cracked tiles, tree roots, spaghetti plumbing, rats in the heater, cars in the pool and more!

When you are out in the field and you see something that doesn’t look right, send us an email along with a picture and a brief description: Attention Horror File, serviceindustrynewscd@yahoo.com.
