NDPA needs service tech partners

Attention service pros!

The National Drowning Prevention Alliance invites you to become a Water Safety Champion.

By becoming a Water Safety Champion and sharing Layers of Protection, you let potential clients know you are more than just a business to them, you’re a partner providing peace of mind and helping them enjoy their pool or spa to the fullest.

It’s a good business decision, and it’s free.

The NDPA has a ton of free resources that you can provide customers to raise drowning awareness. It’s a great way to show that you are a concerned business member in your community. And that kind of recognition goes a long way.

As you know, construction of backyard pools and spas is on the rise. Drowning is the single leading cause of death for 1–4-year-olds and the second leading cause of unintentional death for children 5-14.

But with your help, it doesn’t have to be that way.By utilizing the NDPA’s resources, you will be able to use simple, yet effective, tools that can protect children and families around their back yard pool and spa.

Layers of protection includes multiple strategies combining supervision, physical barriers, alarms, water competency, education, and other methods.

By utilizing this approach, the risk of drowning and other tragic incidents can be prevented. By championing this with your clients and community, the staggering statistics will change.
