Save the date and head to Las Vegas

Be sure to save the date for the International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo, co-located with Deck Expo, taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center November 10-15 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The show may well be the largest pool and spa industry event of the year — by our last count, more than 500 exhibitors planned to attend.

In addition to exposure to thousands of products, and an unsurpassed educational package, countless networking opportunities abound.

Festivities begin with the Monday night welcome party at AYU Dayclub at Resorts World, a short walk from the convention center. Attendees and vendors can mingle with colleagues and enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment at a Las Vegas hotspot.

Tuesday night features the Pool NationAwards, which will encompass 24 different categories, including Pool Guy and Pool Girl of the Year, Sales Rep of the Year, Pool Builder of the Year, Variable Speed Pump of the Year and many more. These pool pros are industry experts and represent the best of the best.

In between, there’s the Certified Pool & Spa Operator 50th Luncheon on Monday from 12 to 1:15 p.m., which promises to be an unforgettable gathering of industry leaders, experts, and CPO-certified professionals and instructors from across the globe.

There’s the PHTA WAVE Young Professionals Network Event, on Monday from 5 to 6 p.m. Admission includes select alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and appetizers. Registration is free, but space is limited, so reserve your ticket when registering for the show.

You can attend the Genesis 25th Anniversary Celebration, on Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 pm. Toast the 25th Anniversary of GENESIS with champagnes expertly paired with hors d’oeuvres while mingling with colleagues and making new contacts. Tickets may be purchased when you register for PSP/Deck Expo.

There’s the Million Dollar Pool Design Challenge, in which designers compete to create an ultimate outdoor oasis with a million-dollar budget. Voting for the winners will take place live at the show at booth 3555 on Tuesday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

And there are a couple of events taking place on Sunday. These include the PHTA Awards of Excellence from 5 to 7 p.m., which will honor the winners of the 2023 PHTA International Awards of Excellence, PHTA Superlative Awards, Dr. R. Neil Lowry Grant, and Greg Garrett Scholarship Award. After that, you can attend the PHTA ANSI & Standards 40th Anniversary Reception, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., where the PHTA will celebrate 40 years of ANSI standards development. Industry professionals will come together to share their videos, photos, and memories from over the decades.

The International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo promises an action-packed week that you won’t want to miss. Register for the show and some of these special events online at www. poolspapatio.com.
