CAN YOU TOP THIS?

Welcome to the latest edition of our popular “Can You Top This?” column, featuring the newest entry in the Service Industry News “Horror File. ”

This issue’s entry comes to us from Mark Lilley of Thunderbolt Pools LLC, in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

“It’s an air bleed with underwater pool patch all over it,” writes Mark.

“I arrived to a new weekly client, the pool was green. He says the last guy just stopped showing up 2 months prior, no call, just evaporated. I look around and the filter pressure is almost 30psi, so I go to clean it and find the air bleed has been “fixed” with underwater pool puddy. I’m excited to find the other surprises the last pool guy left for me.”

At Service Industry News, we would rather go behind the scenes and take a closer look at the type of stuff our readers encounter everyday — cracked tiles, spaghetti plumbing, rats in heaters, cars in the pool, snakes in the plumbing, and more!

When you are out in the field and you see something that doesn’t look right, send us an email along with a picture and a brief description: Attention Horror File, serviceindustrynewscd@yahoo.com.
