Service Industry News was one of the first publications I received shortly after I started my company in 1986. It’s content and information has always been great. I’ve always enjoyed the Horror File section. The Charlie Taylor book on water chemistry was something I bought and made copies for my employees to use on service visits and also to customers maintaining their own pools. I may still have the remnants of the original copy! Keep up the good work!
