Stolen hot tub turns up in a front yard

The Fletcher, North Carolina, police department obtained warrants for the arrests of three people after a stolen hot tub turned up in front of one of their homes.

Aqua Living Factory Outlet reported the theft of a $9,000 hot tub, which was stolen from behind its building this February.

The hot tub was found in the front yard of the home of Douglass Applebee Jr. Applebee and Bryan Letterman were charged with felony larceny and conspiring to commit felony larceny.

Jennifer West was charged with conspiring to commit felony larceny.

As of mid-March, Letterman was arrested, but police were still seeking Applebee and West.
