CAN YOU TOP THIS?

Welcome to the latest edition of our popular “Can You Top This?” column, featuring the newest entry in the Service Industry News “Horror File.”

This issue’s entry comes to us from Dirk Hartman of Valley Pools in Ridgecrest California.

“Was contacted by an “in need of good pool guy” family, stating that their current pool service of three plus years; had failed. Sending me some photos it was clear the pool was not at all being serviced. So job acquired I began the surprise party and opened the filter…..But what I found I still can't quite grasp………..”

At Service Industry News, we would rather go behind the scenes and take a closer look at the type of stuff our readers encounter everyday — cracked tiles, spaghetti plumbing, rats in heaters, cars in the pool, snakes in the plumbing, and more!

Just for fun, and to entice more submissions, Service Industry News announces a Horror File contest.Wewillgiveoneawardperregionrepresented. There are 7 regions. No. Cal., So. Cal., Florida, North East, South East, South West, and Mid West.

When you are out in the field and you see something that doesn’t look right, send us an email along with a picture and a brief description: Send your photo to info@serviceindustrynews. net. Please write: Attention Horror File, in the subject line and thank you for remembering us when you are out there working hard.
