Have you heard about National Pool Partners?

If you are looking to retire, are trying to plan your succession, or are trying to take your business to the next level by accelerating growth with outside capital, there’s a new path forward. This January, National Pool Partners officially launched a pool service company focused on partnering with leading regional pool service owneroperators and providing them with the capital and expertise to accelerate their growth.

NPP is hoping to revolutionize the pool service industry by creating a partnership of the nation’s best pool service entrepreneurs and top-quality service focused companies. The venture is supported by over $200 million of capital with the goal of servicing 100,000 pools across the Sun Belt.

Founding partners Hal Denbar, owner of Patriot Pool & Spa in Austin, Texas; and Eddie Skehan, owner of T& D Pool & Spa near Orlando, Florida are leading the enterprise, along with CEO Augusto Titarelli who has 40 years of experience in business leadership with companies such as Terminex, TYCO and ADT. They have spent the last year preparing for the launch and plan to announce more partners in the first half of 2021.

NPP will take a differentiated approach by providing employees with career growth opportunities, maintaining the owner’s brand and legacy, and providing sellers with an opportunity to become leaders within the NPP organization. NPP aspires to be the largest pool service company by putting people first, helping peers in the industry and creating lifetime customers.
